These are the terms that apply when you book a Lumea Home Spa appointment. Plain English, no surprises.

Who we are.

Lumea Home Spa is a mobile spa service registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We send certified women therapists to homes across Dubai to provide massage and body treatments.

Who we serve.

We are a women-only service. Female clients are welcome by default. Couples sessions are available when both partners are present together throughout the appointment.

Booking and confirmation.

You request an appointment by sending a WhatsApp message through this site. The booking is confirmed when a Lumea team member replies on WhatsApp — usually within 15 minutes during operating hours (11:30 – 20:00, closed Tuesdays).

Pricing and payment.

Prices are listed on this site in AED. Payment is in cash, in AED, to the therapist when the appointment ends. We do not take card payments online or in person at this time.

Therapists.

All our therapists are women, fully certified, with at least five years of practice. Their certifications can be shared on request.

Your responsibilities.

You agree to:

• Tell us about any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medications relevant to the treatment.
• Provide a clean, safe, accessible space for the appointment.
• Be present and able to receive the therapist at the agreed time and address.
• Treat the therapist with the courtesy you would expect for yourself.

Health conditions.

Some treatments are not safe with certain conditions (for example, recent surgery, blood clots, certain heart conditions, pregnancy). If you are unsure whether a treatment is right for you, message us before booking. We may decline a booking or ask you to provide a doctor's clearance note.

Liability.

Lumea Home Spa carries professional liability cover for the conduct of its therapists. We are not liable for harm or damage that arises from inaccurate information you provide about your health, your property, or your address.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Dubai.
