What it is.
Reflexology applies pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. It is a slow, precise practice — you stay clothed except for socks, and only the feet (or hands) are worked. People come to it for the quiet focus more than the technique's traditional claims.
Who it suits.
For the body that does not want a full massage but wants something. For the workday that ends in your feet. For anyone curious about a treatment that does not require undressing.
What to expect.
5 min
Arrival
Setup is minimal — a chair or sofa, your shoes and socks off, a towel under your feet.
20 or 50 min
The work
The therapist works through specific points on each foot (or hand) in sequence, applying steady pressure. You can talk or stay quiet — most people stay quiet.
5 min
The close
A few minutes of holding the feet still. You sit up gradually. Plain water afterwards.
What we bring.
A small foot stool, towels, a light moisturising oil. We do not need a table for this service.
What you'll need.

Add-ons.
- Extra 15 minutes (+40 AED)
Who carries it.
Therapists trained in reflexology technique. At booking you will see who is.
Honest answers.
Does it work on the hands instead?
Yes. If you have foot sensitivity or simply prefer it, we can do the full session on hands. Mention it at booking.
What is the difference between 30 and 60 min?
30 min covers each foot once with steady pressure — restful, focused. 60 min goes through twice with slower work and time for a brief hand session at the end.
Is this safe in pregnancy?
Generally yes, but mention it at booking. Some points are avoided in the first trimester.
