What it is.
Fire cupping uses small glass cups briefly warmed with a flame and placed on the back. The air inside the cup cools, drawing blood and tissue gently upward. It is an old technique from East Asian medicine, used for tight muscles, persistent knots, and a body that wants firm, focused work.
Who it suits.
For shoulders and upper back that hold tension after long screen weeks. For runners and gym-goers between heavy sessions. For anyone who has tried massage and wants a different sensation — firm, distinct, and a little unusual.
What to expect.

Arrival

The work

Honest answers.
Will it leave marks?
Yes — circular pink or purplish marks where the cups sat. They are not bruises and they do not hurt. They typically fade over 3–7 days. If you have an event with bare back or shoulders that week, book a different service.
Is the flame near my skin?
No. The flame is used only to warm the inside of the cup, then removed before the cup touches you. The cup itself is warm, not hot.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
No. We do not perform cupping during pregnancy. Choose Swedish or Aromatherapy instead.
